Got setup with added panels and battery backup. Been months and still not turned on. Paid one month for solar that is not turned on yet. About to pay month 2 with no power Customer service has been a joke to deal with. Over Promise and under deliver. Pay a little more and go elsewhere
Door to door appointment setting is disrespectful enough, but these guys take it to the next level. When you’re told to leave the property, leave the property.

I have yet to purchase solar, but if I did I would buy it from New Star Solar. I know other reviews were scathing but the company is under new management. They are honest and have a ton of information to share. I know they are interested in doing the best job possible and ensuring that their customers are happy with their purchase. If you need a quote for solar, give these guys a try. They are owned locally and are very responsive.
