Everything was okay The technician was very friendly and helpful.
Dr . Nelson and Chad were very professional and friendly.
I have been a New Sound customer for several years. The new guy, Chris, gave me my annual hearing test and made some significant improvements. They’ve switched to some different testing equipment and so far to me it seems like a positive change. I miss Lloyd but Chris is very friendly and seems to know what he’s doing.
They did a very good job on my father-in-law.
