My most recent visit was a disappointing experience. I have had my devices for 20 months. During this visit, one device was found to be defective and needed to be sent off for repair. Estimated time for the repair is two weeks. I had paid $1200 in advance for a service contract that included loaner devices. However, the 'hearing instrument specialist' informed me they do not have any loaner devices. He said "sorry" and started a high-pressure push for me to try a new and improved device. My experience at New Sound in Brenham was great!! They are honest and informative. The Dr. explained to me each test and followed up with results. I went in with a concern and came out with an answer! They did not try to sell me something I didn’t need or wouldn’t work for me!! When I went to pay the bill, it was a complimentary hearing test as advertised on the website. I highly recommend them!!
