Very good Apartment for me because I lived 13 years in this apartment without any problem and good community areas
August 2024. The house keeping is extremely poor, the Newporter staff fail to keep the basic cleaning especially building C, they are irresponsible and always have non sense reasons of why they don’t clean, the laundry rooms are very poorly maintained. There are leaks all the time that have been reported to them for months but never fixed. 2021The management and maintenance team are great, very professional and polite.
