Cody (Associate Community Manager) has been amazing to work with during the leasing process. I am really looking forward to making this place my home!
The website is terrible. I'm told all maintenance requests have to be made on the website, but there is no way to do that. All the website does is push rentals by overwhelming you with pictures. There is no way to make my maintenance request.
Our move in went so smoothly due to the great communication and coordination from the Newport West team. Super helpful, considerate, and responsive
