Gary is the absolute best! He’s super friendly and does a great job fixing things same day or asap.

Pros: rent controlled, great location, and wonderful building staff. Cons: expensive rent for what you get inside the apartment, pricey laundry machines as well. A nicer unit might have made a difference for me (more light, better finishes) but after living in the building for a year I'm planning to find something with better value for the money. Sad to leave the neighborhood but the maximum rent increase after 1 year was too much to justify staying in a not very nice apartment without amenities like parking or in-unit laund... read more
