I lived here for a year. The building is old and charming. The location is central with easy access to metro and 14th street. You can probably find something better for the money though. The building is decades old but only has 50 reviews on Google, hmm…. 🤔 The gym and pool are down the street - you need to walk to a different building to access them. Laundry is shared and very busy on the weekends and many don’t seem to be in a hurry to get their things out of the machines. The building has ongoing pest problems despite ro... read more
