I lived here for a year. The building is old and charming. The location is central with easy access to metro and 14th street. You can probably find something better for the money though. The building is decades old but only has 50 reviews on Google, hmm…. 🤔 The gym and pool are down the street - you need to walk to a different building to access them. I lived at Newport West for the past 2.5 years. it is a very well maintained building- Gary (maintenance) and Cody (community manager) are responsive and very friendly. It is in a great location and has beautiful views/units, but of course, that comes with a cost/it is definitely not a cheap apartment. Laundry machines are in the basement, but some units might have them in-unit. All utilities are included too which is nice, plus you have access to the Seville's rooftop and pool, which is one of the nicest in the area
