Honest Review: I tried to talk to this restaurant in Barcino in Westwood. I signed up to their rewards program and though the food was above average. However, the service and the program made me thought differently. I tried to email and call. (try yourself). What a disappointment. Won't go their again and there are many above average restaurants in the Westwood Dedham area. The lack of communication is the problem. You have a rewards program but don't take it seriously. Jim
Was liking the restaurants affiliated with this group and wanted find what other ones were in the area. I went to their website but realized I was unable to view that content without opting into their cookies/trackers, and over privacy concerns decided to go try other restaurants unaffiliated with their group.
I have lived in Garden City for over 60 years and have been to Paparazzi weekly and now Avvio. I am dieting so I ordered a piece of grilled chicken and pasta as most dishes are fried or with heavy sauces. The waiter was very attentive to the tables around us but neglected us most of the night. I eat out at least three times a week and the service was terrible. Then I ate my pasta that definitely tasted “off” … either the sauce was spoiled or something else.
