I’ve been a resident at PAC Newport for the past four years. Over that time, I’ve witnessed steady rent increases that now exceed $5,000 for a two-bedroom apartment in 2025 — pricing that should reflect a premium living experience. Man, if you live in a community managed by them, you may encounter occasional forced sales. They will enter your home without even agreeing with you. And you cannot cancel , the only thing you can do is to pay a high fee. It's too much here.Unbelievable.

The transition to becoming a Newport resident is DIFFICULT (for reasons I dont really understand why) and I am still currently in this transition process even though it has been MORE THAN A MONTH since applying for this Newport management.
