They simply don't respond to emails, communications, requests, etc.

Man, if you live in a community managed by them, you may encounter occasional forced sales. They will enter your home without even agreeing with you. And you cannot cancel , the only thing you can do is to pay a high fee. It's too much here.Unbelievable.
