Beautiful on the inside but the care is average. Same as any other hospital.
My last visit to Newport Hospital is a horrible experience. They stuck me in the hallway a johnie freezing my butt off. They assumed I was there for the drugs.
There are the sweetest people in the Newport hospital. Everyone from the cleaning lady. There's was only one lady that must have had a bad week the week she was there. Everyone else was awesome. I'm never going back to Kent hospital. The lady that cleaned my room even brought me a new charger for my phone and wouldn't let me pay her. The nurses especially Luth,Danyell, and Kate went above and beyond to make me feel special. And Robert ,the cna would come running in my room as soon as I pushed the call button. I had an excellent experience in the Emergency Room. Everyone I met was kind, caring and efficient. I am very grateful and on the mend.
The Best care in RI the food is good an the RN the best around
Every staff member I encountered were exceptional. Their attitude makes a giant impact in their patients recovery. I thank them from the bottom of for everything they have done for both of my parents.
The nurses and doctors made my son and all of us feel like we were the only patients there. Not numbers. My son had surgery and I believe his quick recovery was in part at how comfortable they made him feel.
