First visit to ER was amazing, the Dr. and nurses were so kind. Called today with some follow up questions and they couldn’t have been more rude and unhelpful! Stay away if you can.
Was treated horribly by staff, dismissed with no bedside manner whatsoever. It was not a busy night there was plenty of nurses so I’m not sure why I was treated this way. Ended up having to go to another emergency room hours later. Horrible experience do not recommend
Got in pretty quickly! The nurse was a professional and had no trouble getting the IV in, could have communicated a little more to make my son comfortable, but very time efficient care. I would go back.
They took really good care of me here I’m glad I work here too very nice staff and very professional thank you for everything
Incompetent, rude, and pompous. I have been here 4 times over the last few years and each is worse than the last. Nurses do not care at all, and they act as though you are inconveniencing them. Completely inappropriate and unprofessional. Continue to be let down by their team again and again. Only helpful person was the PA that spoke to me after 2.5 hour wait.
