It was home for 27 yrs till Hurricane Ian flooded it ( 4 .5 ft ) took almost 2 yrs to rebuild by then wanted out so sold

Been here 25 yrs NOW paying $ 435.oo a month started at $145 Oo .. Don't answer back - raise fee for what EARN UR KEEP BEFORE YA RAISE ..🤬 NOW I'M sure they gonna throw an assessment cause of storm bet ya .. AT LEAST BARE MINIMUM .. $ 2500.OO
I rented here for a year. This is such a beautiful, quiet community. I enjoyed everyday. So sad we had to move on. I definitely recommend. The neighbors, and Board do a great job to ensure this is a peaceful community to enjoy coming home to. I'll miss it.
