Lived at the Newport for two years. These are condos owned by individuals - I had a great landlady. Front desk staff awesome, particularly Latonya, and Don and the maintenance team have been helpful and kind. I love them! The building has a lot of older residents who can be rude and don't always respect younger people in the building.
