RecommendedLocation at Beaumont is awesome! Anytime I’ve had issues they have been prompt in addressing them and resolving them. The staff is always super friendly and nice! I’ve been using them for 10+ years and haven’t been able to find another cleaners that compares to them. I live out of town but i awaits bring my stuff into Lexington to be cleaned.

I was referred to this company in the Townly shopping center by a friend. My son needed show clothes starched heavy for a 4H show. I left 5 items on Thursday and told they would be ready Friday afternoon. I said fine as long as they were ready by Saturday. I came sat morning at 9 AM to pick them up , and the pants were not done. At one point, I was extremely pleased with Newport, but over recent months both the quality of work and customer service have declined. Several weeks ago, I went to pick up some items and half of them were missing, nowhere to be found and no explanation. I didn’t receive a call when the garments were located, but rather had to track them down myself. I took my shirts to Newport Cleaners on Richmond Rd. Lexington KY. I've been using them for about 3 years and this is the first time this has ever happened, but my shirt had all these browns marks on them, so when I showed it to the manager he said I must have done something to it, but then the brown marks became holes. So I went to two other Cleaners and they said that it was burn marks. So I went back and told the manager what I was told and he still refused to be responsible. I must say Newport Cleaners has the best service in town bar none!! They are always so polite and extra fast turnaround on cleaning! They will go the extra mile to make you happy if you are not pleased. They definitely put their customers first and I would recommend them to anyone!
