I dropped off a comforter to be cleaned at the Beaumont location. Thought I would give you a try since you are close to work. Went to pick it up and the lady said it’s not here it takes two weeks. I said I was not informed of that. I paid double of what I pay at my normal cleaners and they get it back in a few days. I should have been informed it would take weeks to get this cleaned. NEWPORT Cleaners put a hole in one of my new $100 dress shirts and then proceeded to tell me it wasn’t their fault. They then offered me $15 in store credit of which I denied. From there they offered to send it off to a company that could deem if it was my fault or theirs and if the fault fell on them only offered me $50 in store credit. If determined my fault I would be liable to pay the $35 for the 3rd party opinion. The hole was beneath my belt line which would show it was their neglect.
