Awful! Dr wasn’t even in the building at appointment time. We waited 30 more min after being there an hour, then left without seeing Dr.
My first visit was today and the desk nurse definitely didn’t make me feel very welcomed. I had a situation with my Neice, it was her first visit and her parents are deceased as of recently. We are still working on guardianship papers and I was not informed when I made the appointment that I needed legal documents with me for her visit. Knowing that courts can take months the desk nurse didn’t try to help with any type of accommodation or advise as to what else I could do to have my Neice seen. DR. FERNANDEZ IS A GREAT DOCTOR I HAVE BEEN TAKING MY GIRLS TO HER FOR OVER 11 YRS AND SHE HAS BEEN SO GREAT AND ALWAYS ANSWERS ALL MY QUESTIONS. IF YOUR LOOKING FOR A GREAT DOCTOR FOR YOU LITTLE ONE SHE IS THE ONE. MY GIRLS HAVE SEEN OTHERS HERE AT THE OFFICE AND IM REALLY SATISFIED WITH DR. FERNANDEZ AND DR. DELMUNDO. THEY ARE BOTH SO GREAT. YOU CAN TELL THEY LOVE THERE JOB AND ARE WILLING TO RUN ALL TEST NECESSARY TO HELP YOUR CHILD. LOVE LOVE THESE DOCTORS
