Never again! I had a 2pm appointment. It's 4:30 as I write this and I still haven't seen the dentist. There are no hygienists and just one dentist, so the dentist does everything. It's ridiculous. yet there are about 4 or 5 exam rooms with patients just sitting and waiting. The staff and dentist are extremely nice, but the corporate entity behind this is just a money grubbing conglomerate. Never, never again. Stay away.

This dentist is the worst place I've ever been. Do not go there have you sitting for hours and don't come back. Forget you even in the room. My Appointment was at 10 o'clock and sat there for 1 and a half hours gave me anesthesia to numb my gums for a teeth cleaning and had me waiting another half an hour. I had to walk out by 12:00 by that time the anesthesia was wearing off I literally sat there for 3 hours the worst experience I ever had.

I just come to the office Newport dental and,Melanie the one said she is the only manager in to the company. And I had a conversation with a call phone but she doesn't help me. For the reason I decided to coming to the clinic but she is here and she said I think you doesn't understood because you came to office that embarrassed to me and, I felt like I asking for a favor. No Care for DMO Carriers Lack of Professional Service and assistance to DMO Plan Carriers, I went there for cavities, general evaluation and to overview a tooth broken, they refer me to another dentist and NO SERVICE at ALL Provided, NO CLEANUP, NO CAVITIES FIXES, but the WORST of ALL: NO BILL, NO PAPER REPORT, I request an estimate for services done and see my options I just received a vulgar verbiage "it would be $xxx " after desk lady went all nervous through books, ask someone in the back, AND I DID NOT SEE DOCOTR NAM MA... read more
