Aeropostale at Firewheel is a delightful store. The Mgr. Rebekah Shelton, is a rock star! She is polite, knowledgeable, helpful and just a pleasant person. The employees respect her and the team works well together to provide a positive experience for the customer. The store is always in good order and the displays are a delight to the eye. Never again! I had a 2pm appointment. It's 4:30 as I write this and I still haven't seen the dentist. There are no hygienists and just one dentist, so the dentist does everything. It's ridiculous. yet there are about 4 or 5 exam rooms with patients just sitting and waiting. The staff and dentist are extremely nice, but the corporate entity behind this is just a money grubbing conglomerate. Never, never again. Stay away.

This dentist is the worst place I've ever been. Do not go there have you sitting for hours and don't come back. Forget you even in the room. My Appointment was at 10 o'clock and sat there for 1 and a half hours gave me anesthesia to numb my gums for a teeth cleaning and had me waiting another half an hour. I had to walk out by 12:00 by that time the anesthesia was wearing off I literally sat there for 3 hours the worst experience I ever had.
Was not happy with the new company doing Santa photos. 1) They did not let us choose between photos even though the very nice photographer took several poses. 2) There was only one package with a 6x9. That was not the case with the previous company. We only want a single photo but had to buy the largest package. 3) Santa was very nice. The photographer was also nice & the person in charge of the line was pleasant. The woman running the register, Jan, was extremely rude. Luis and west are very talented barbers i have no complaints i been coming here since they open. Plus my kids love getting there haircuts here.
I have never been treated so poorly 😞 in my life 😢 I will never come back here again
