Dr.Boerner sent two cases to us to fabricate the crowns. The first case was delivered to their office on Sep 14. The second case was delivered on Sep 22.Dr communicated with our tech support during the processing of the crowns very nicely. They made a partial payment on Oct 25. I thought he will pay the rest of the balance but the payment never came. His account went to a collection agency. I work for a company called ********, and DR. RICHARD **** BOERNER, has made several purchases from us. We have been trying to collect payment from his since 2019 for six open invoices. He has refused to pay us for the merchandise we have supplied him with. He has threatened us and has used ******, Racist remarks to us regarding *** paying his open balance. Always received amazing service.
Dr Boerner is an amazing dentist. You can tell he really cares about his patients. He doesn't pull any high pressure sales tactics like a lot of other dentists. His prices are fair and the dental work is top notch. I live in LA, so the drive isn't easy but there's no other dentist I'd want to visit.
Great place. Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Great place for those who do not like going to the dentist. Great work done and never felt a thing.
