I was a patient in a Newport facility over 1 year ago. Abusive. Dangerous. Coercive. Just a few words I’d use to describe their facilities. I seriously hope this corporate scheme gets shut down for the countless ethical violations that they are committing, seems in numerous facilities based on other reviews. If anyone that remembers me from there is reading this, just know that I’m still very much alive despite y’all telling me that I couldn’t survive without your “help.” You all should be disgusted with yourselves.
Love this facility and staff. It's a brand new build with excellent facilities and great staff to help your loved ones recover with detailed reports and updates regularly. I can't say enough about how well they are organized and professional in their care. Would highly recommend this place to anyone requiring their services. A+++
