CBT group was playing the Nintendo switch, the family therapist stopped working there, alumni group didn’t exist, the counselor was strict (and unlicensed), equine therapy is just for marketing, sessions were more like once a week rather than twice, we often missed groups, and one of the weeks I was there we only did about 20% of the therapy we had scheduled.

We were stuck in a house often just sitting around doing nothing, there was nothing you could do about cruel staff, the food was suboptimal and outside food was not allowed, only 10 minute phone calls twice a day the, the water was corrosive, and I did not get better
most horrible experience of my life , no help at all it genuinely made my life worse, there were flies and bugs in our food, most staff were abuse, and problems among peers were not taken care of, i had almost died twice to other peers and nothing was resolved, most emotionally restricting place you could go.
