Newmark Properties LLC and Fairin Realty are the same companies according to the maintenance man driving a Fairin Property Company truck. Someone placed an advertisement on Facebook Marketplace and the person I spoke to had access to the property. The guy on the phone had a heavy Caribbean or Jamaican accent. He scammed me out of $75 for an application fee to view a property located at 1283 Shades Terrace located in Irondale, Alabama.
