During my recent visit to the GW OBGYN department, I was deeply concerned by the professional conduct I witnessed from Dr. Nancy Gaba. While in the clinical area, I observed the doctor speaking to the nursing and administrative staff in a raised, aggressive tone that felt highly inappropriate for a patient care setting. I waited 1 hr and 15 minutes past my appointment time before being seen. When the doctor finally came in, he seemed unsure of what he was talking about and did not provide any helpful guidance of my issue. He also questions some unrelated, resolved past medical question to the reason for my visit, which made the appointment feel even more frustrating and unproductive. Overall, I left without answers or clear plan. I was very disappointed with the experience.

Dr. Teal is the best. She saved me from having to have a surgery that wasn't needed to having the proper surgery that was needed. She talked it over with another surgeon and they did what they needed to be done. She is my shero. My dream team at GW is the greatest. I will forever be grateful to her for what she did for me. I love me some her and I will always refer anyone that needs a great breast surgeon to her. She is the best.
