Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? No, I didn't notice an odor How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? Not the worst, but certainly not the best Was this provider's office too cold? No, it was fine Was the waiting area spacious? Yes

Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Yes Was this provider's office too loud? Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, I could tell they were cleaned regularly Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, there was no annoying music

I have had two LASIK procedures performed by Dr Larry Taub. Both procedures were performed at First Eye Care Dallas (Infinity Laser Vision) and the pre-screening was performed by Tom Ballard. The outcome of my LASIK surgeries performed by Dr Taub has left me with poor vision both day and night, even with contacts. I suffer higher from order aberrations that cause me to see multiple images in each eye as well as large starburst and halos from everything that is illuminated, even during the day. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with.
