Seeing tree roots grow in my koi pond scared me. My cement-brick waterfall also needed to be sealed. Google helped me find NewGen Ponds. The person I talked to was a young man named Steve. Have you ever talked to someone for the first time and felt at ease right away? His voice had a professional air to it while also being friendly and open. The NewGen Pond team was amazing. My wife and I really wanted a pond done at our home but there were many things we could not agree on. Steve was very knowledgeable and patient with us. We were blown away with the service and really made our dream come true. After describing what we wanted, he was able to turn our dream Into a reality.
