First off there mechanics don't know a thing about what there working on. Take a bike in for carb work and they try to tell me that the hole motor needs rebuild. They charged for the carb work take the bike home NOT RUNNING take the carb out its not been rebuild missing orings. That's why they couldn't get the bike to run because they never rebuild the carburetor.

Do Not get your off-road vehicle serviced at this dealership especially if you didn't purchase it here. I took my 2016 CFMOTO for it's 1st 300 mile service 4-weeks ago. This service cost is nearly $400.00. First they would not make an appointment because I didn't purchase it here so I took it in. My wife and I just bought a pioneer 1000 from Dale. Not only do we love our new ride but we had the best buying experience at Newgate. No high pressure sales or BS. Don't go to salt lake for a Honda before you check these guys out. Got a better deal and better service at Newgate.
On 9 May 2016 while on a12 day bike trip from Washington, I was having severe front end wobble on my 2008 Goldwing. I drove it, barely, to Newgate Motorsports in Ogden, Utah. When I got there I spoke to Matt in the service department. He took a look at the tires and my rear tire was running on bare chords, a slit in the tire, and a huge bulge on the side. Just bought a bike from Newgate Motorsports. The salesman was professional in his approach and I didn't feel pushed in to buying. They made the process easy and pain free giving me every option. I also bought a helmet from the parts department. Trevor is super knowledgeable and had great advice on what helmet to get. I'll definitely make return trips here to buy more toys and parts.
