McKenzie was awesome and a lot of help along with Kevin the owner and kolby in financing were very polite and great to talk to. Will buy stuff from them again.
My poor, poor bike!! They chipped the paint all over the frame last time it was in for service, still having problems with the ECU resetting all the time, and the odometer goes all weird.. now they can’t change a tire without scratching the fucking swing arm! What’s next???

WORST SERVICE IN THE STATE!!!! Two difference experiences 1) first went in to look at new Honda 4 wheelers walked around showing myself new 4 wheelers and after 30 mins no one came out to help me I left! 2) Needed my Honda a pioneer serviced, called and they don't do appt. so they told me what day to bring it in, Aug 7th told me they would call me when it was done, 2 weeks went by No phone call so I called and was told that they still haven't looked at it, told me that they would put it on the schedule for the next day, a we... read more

When the Honda Pioneer was in the shop, we were likely very backed up with servicing other vehicles, which is why it took an unusual amount of time.
