Horrible place. I got my fillings there and not able to chew or eat with that tooth for long time until I went to another dental practice. I went for follow up for that incomplete filling and when doctor started to inject, my hands unconsciously moves and I only asked with my hand gestures what this shot for? Dayton Dental pressures patients to have them drill into healthy teeth. Every appointment I was falsely told I had a different number of cavities - 1, 7, 3, 2. In one appointment, the dentist told me I had 7 cavities and tried to convince me to have her fill them right then and there. When I asked her to hold off, she became defensive and asked me if I didn't trust her. The customer service here is utterly atrocious. Oh and if you have a busy schedule and you make appointments 3 months out be aware they will cancel your appointment if you do not take the time to call precisely before noon the day before and if you confirm via text message this does not suffice and you will still be canceled. Also, if policy changes do not expect to be told. This is the worse experience ever. The staff at front desk are horrible. When you walk in, the first thing they say is “last name”, so, no smile, no hello, nothing. When they talk about the payments, no privacy is there as everyone in the waiting room can hear it. The reason I came back to them because I have paid for the discount program, which litarly turned out to be a joke. The last visit was today to do sensitive teeth filling.
