Dr Hudec and staff are amazing! Extremely knowledgeable, gentle and caring. I wouldn’t go anywhere else and recommend to all my friends and family.
Highly recommend choosing a different dentist office you can check with better business and see the reviews and all are what Iam going to say they keep canceling and rescheduling day of appointment then when you call and ask them about they repeat there self as they laugh saying well you can find a new dentist if you would like the say goodbye and hang up very and I mean very unprofessional staff highly highly do not recommend NEW DAY DENTAL to ANYONE
Can't give better mark because for 3 hours I have been kicked to voice-mail which isn't returned. Then get text saying go to website to book appointment. None of options work on form. All say no appointments available. Tried using contact us form but "captcha" isn't working. They are supposed to have office hours today.
Do ypu offer sedation for kid's
ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLR SERVICE. I have NEVER in my life been treated the way I was today. They say the room is to small for more than the patient and dentist and will kick your family members out, but then have five other people standing in there. AND THEN, instead of doing what the appointment was set up for, they want to argue and give excuses. Dr. Patel is no longer there and they have some other guy who is a cocky little asshat. Be wise, take your business elsewhere. You will appreciate it.
Horrible!!! The front desk clerk is disrespectful. Arrived for an appointment and been waiting for almost 30 minutes. When I asked if they're running late I was told that they're looking for the tools to clean my daughter's teeth since she's wearing braces. When I ask how much longer are we going to wait, the front desk clerk said I don't know. I said it's already 30 minutes late. Then she goes "they're trying, I'm trying so there's nothing we can do" with a rude tone of voice. So instead of waiting, I cancelled the appoin... read more
