She was the sales agent for a property I purchased. I had my realtor contact her that the back lawn needed to be mowed as it was very tall. This was roughly a month prior to closing. Finally, after all that time and after repeated reminders, someone came out and went over the back ONCE on the date of close. The grass by then was between 2’ and 3’ tall.
