This company is horribly managed. They don't check the water heater or carbon monoxide detectors on a regular basis, they type a contract, then choose not to adhere to the terms of the contract; i.e. indicating that a portion of your security deposit will be returned. Guess how much I received on a 735.00 deposit? A whopping 100.00!! Close to $300 for carpet cleaning? $100 to clean the oven? Bull! What a ripoff!!
