Was coldly told that they don't see you unless the baby had a heartbeat after making me wait for 5 days for hcg test results. Reception wasn't friendly at all.
We had the most wonderful experience with Dr Norris during both our pregnancies. She was very professional and supportive, and we could tell that she genuinely cared about the health of myself and our babies. The other staff were also very caring and supportive. Definitely recommend to all future mums and dads! 😊

We are eternally grateful for the safe delivery of both our girls by Dr Mary Norris. Both deliveries were so different but Mary ensured our girls were safe and provided the best care imaginable. Simply knowing she would be with us in the delivery room made us calm and positive everything would work out. We highly recommend Dr Norris!!! 💕
