It seems that many of these reviews are likely fake. We have had several problems with building contractors, subcontractors, and problematic work practices in neighborhood. Neighbors on either side of multiple builds have been negatively impacted from damaged property to blocked driveways. We have tried speaking with contractors, and contacting Newcastle directly by phone and email many times to resolve issues, but the business continues to be unresponsive.
