Heidi the hygienist was wonderful! My son was very anxious and her gentle nature made him feel safe and relaxed. I will request her at upcoming visits. Efficient team. Easy check in and out.
Their new office it's really nice, all the staff are very friendly, and the dentist was very gentle - nothing hurt!
My child, now 12, has been with this dentistry practice since age 3. From front office to hygienists to dentists, we've always found them to be smart, efficient, professional, and great with kids! Highly recommend.
Absolutely wonderful place! My daughter slipped and fell on her front teeth over the weekend. The DR called us to check in several times until we could get to the dentist on Monday. All of the staff is very friendly, patient and caring. Not to mention the office is gorgeous and keeps the kids distracted enough to make it pleasant for all involved. The level of service and wonderful atmosphere and quality care I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone!
My children love to go to the dentist. Dr. Lindi and the entire staff go above and beyond to make sure the children have a positive experience. Newburyport pediatric dentistry is by far the best. When you first walk in to the office you immediately see the effort put into the details. You will also notice right away how clean the office is kept. As always, a great visit to the dentist for both of our children.
The dentist office is clean, bright and child friendly. All the staff are very professional but at the same time can interact with the kids on their level. My son has had some extensive dental work over the past few years. Dr. Lindi made him feel comfortable and relaxed for every procedure. My kids never want to leave:)
We always have a great experience! Dr Lindi knows how to make a scary trip to the Dentist Fun!!
I have two sons. One of which is special needs. This office makes both my boys feel comfortable and make the experience fun for them!
