RecommendedI had gone to Golden Nails because I was to impatient to wait until the next day to have Nails 2001 do my nails! Bughedt mistake ever, I should have just waited! Steven did my nails tonight, he even agreed that Golen Nails did a HORRIBLE JOB! Steven was wonderful though! If you asked me 2 weeks ago i would be raving about this salon. Today they removed the dip from my nails and sanded my nails down so much they are paper thin! The nail tech almost went all the way through my nail! At that point I got up and walked out. I am so upset about this, it is going to take more 6 months to get my nails back into shape from the damage they caused. My hands are in pain.
Currently talking to my wife as she is there for first last and only time... the man is extremely rude and ignorant the tech next to him is staring at my wife in a very confrontational manner and after every glance comes comments between the two techs. Extremely unprofessional.

Everyone there is always so nice. I went there on Mother's Day and got the best pedicure and manicure.
Awesome place, awesome staff, wonderful family run business! The best of Newburyport!!
