They were great to work with during our son’s lease at the Poplar Street Apartments. K and E were very responsive and helpful whenever we reached out. K was with us from the start and she is a wonderful person to work with! And, maintenance was also very quick to respond and fix any issues. Definitely recommend!
I wish I could give there apartments a negative rating but I can't. Alice is the only one at this company who tries there "maintenance" is two guys one old and one in his 50's that can do little things at best screw in light bulbs, hang fixtures, touch up paint and that's about the extent of there abilities. I have lived here for 3 years and in that time every room in my apartment has had roof leaks which is only 3 rooms a tiny kitchen and a bathroom that has mold growing in it which they have been notified about on numerous... read more
I rented my very first apartment from Newbury . Without a doubt they are the best . Ms.Patty made the experience memorable & easy. She was EXTREMELY nice to me . She was always Available 24:7 to answer any questions or concerns I had. I even called one time (completely forgetting it was the weekend) & she assisted me. Elyse( I’m not sure if I spelled it correct) was also extremely helpful. She kept me up to date with any information I needed in regards to our apartment community. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
