Wonderful place for storage! Management is so kind and truly makes the process easy. I sent an inquiry and heard from Anjie the next day. Showed me multiple options to make sure I was happy with the size and price of the unit. Highly recommend!!
Update: still no one from corporate has gone back to me about their whole policy on restricting people who pay good money to get into their storage units. Not storage unit is under my father's name but everyone has stuff in there so is unprofessional for you all to restrict him and all of us for this long extended period of time! For a few years I've been using this storage facility, and I have no complaints. They are affordable, secure, and easily accessible. Angie has always been pleasant during our interactions, and I encourage everyone to stop by to see for yourself.
At this moment in time I would not recommend to anyone! The extremely poor customer service and attitude coming from the new property managers isnt something I'd wish on my worst enemy. I would give zero Stars if I couldn't! My family and I have been storing with this facility for many years.
