Our baby Ro’ was born at 32 wks . Being a first time Nicu mom , of course I was filled with sadness , leaving & not being able to take him home . But every single day that I went I was greeted with a smile & positive feedback regarding his improvements & changes . The thing I loved the most was that if his nurse was attending a fellow patient , another nurse with free hands would come & assist . Thank you for caring for my child !
My girl was born a month early & was taken to the nicu here. She was the only one of our kids to be this early so it was all so new and confusing to us but the nurses & doctors there were so helpful & took great care of her! I called multiple times a day & asked tons of questions & was never made to feel like a bother. Specifically RN Emily & nurse Brooke were the absolute sweetest & I loved walking in to see that they had her for the day or night. It made me feel so much better when I wasnt able to be with her!
