Having been very disappointed by some of the most highly acclaimed rental realtors in Stone Harbor and Avalon, we fortunately came upon Newbold Realty. Rather than a very dirty property which was rented to us by Ferguson Dechert a few years ago ( and we were ignored when we brought it to their attention) , Newbold has been outstanding.
