Consistently high quality service Newberry Road Imports has repeatedly gone out of their way to provide me good, quality service. I have been taking my VW there for the past four years. I have never had a bad experience. I have recommended Phat Phu's services to at least five friends, who have also been happy with their work. I was originally referred to them by a co-worker. I would recommend Newberry Road Imports without hesitation to anyone with a foreign car.

Newberry Road Imports is surprisingly trustworthy I just read the "Newberry Road Imports is a Rip Off"- and regretfully, I think that there will inevitably be a bad experience at any business, once in a while. I have yet to experience that at Phat Phu's, so that's good. Honestly, I'm quite confident with their work. Newberry Road Imports is a Rip Off Have you ever had to pay for an estimate of service that involved the mechanics walking around your car with flashlights, well I did. And was informed after only after the fact. Well they would wave the cost if I choose to get the full repairs they recommended. The best auto repair place in town I have been taking my car to Newberry Road Import for more than six years. They fixed multiple issues that Dealer service centers and national chain stores for auto repairs had failed to diagnose and repair. inspiringly professional I've been taking my car for more than a several years to this shop. The owner is knowledgeable, very friendly and hard working guy. I think he really understands that the what customers of auto-repair shop are looking for: trust. Their price is fair and job is quick. Even if they get busy because some things come up, they'll keep their word and get it done for you in timely manner. He's impressed me by his professionalism.

Good people, good prices, friendly service I've been taking my car to these guys for about a year now. Phat Fu is awesome. Really nice guy that owns the place and it very friendly to the customers. Their prices are usually very low or at least very competitive with other mechanics in Gainesville as far as I know. Very nice people. I would recommend for sure.

great service I have been taking my car to Phat, the owner, for many years. I have always trusted his work, and he consistently charges me the fairest prices possible and he always provides me with great service. He is a very genuine guy and will continue to bring my car back to him for any problems for as long as I live in Gainesville! Highly recommended.
