Go to the dealer for repairs I was charged DOUBLE by Newberry Road Imports of what the KIA dealer would have charged me.I found out too late that the Kia dealer charges $600. for brake jobs, ( $200 parts and $400 labor, 4hrs @ $100 an hr. Newberry Road Imports was recommended to me as being VERY HONEST so I never shopped around and got 3 estimates the way I usually do. Very Pleased Came here for an oil change 3 weeks ago and they were fast. Paid 28.57, got out within about 30 minutes just like they promised me. I made it to work on time and I am very pleased. They will diff see me again for my next oil change. Thank You Newberry Road Imports!!
Lovely. Love this place always take care of me regardless!! The owner is Asian and he make sure you get treated right!! He gave me a first time customer discount and I didn't ask for it. I'm really tired of all these people below typing negative reviews about this place.. First off, why are you people crying about a $40 dollars check out fee? Oxymoronic Morons I took my hyundai accent here for a simple oil change. I told them the oil weight was 5w30. After over an hour and a half of waiting they said my car was done (come on I'm the only one there and it took an hour and a half to change oil). I paid for the service then got into my car. I noticed by the sticker they put 10w30 in. I went back inside to tell them how they messed up. The man at the desk replied, "10w30 is all we ever carry."
MY Mechanics! Love this shop! I've taken not one but 4 cars to Newberry Road Imports. Every single time they've been not only professional, but fast and extremely friendly. They work with you to find the right parts for the least expensive price...they also give you feedback on what needs to be done on the car and how pressing it really is.
Okay! Been going here for years... Great service, great people, great experience everytime!! Don't have $40.00 dollars to get your car look at, this is not the place for you. Ask a lot of question first before you come, it's a smart thing to do period.
Stay away! I agree with any & all negative comments about Newberry Imports! They are a rip off! Stay away!!! Someone that I know recommended them, so I tried them despite ALL of the negative reviews online.
Not good This place is not very good, I'd recommend avoiding it strongly. They might be great for cheap oil changes, but don't do anything else there.
