He was not pushy at all and made the process much easier than I expected. Cars have certainly changed since 2003! I went out to trade in my car which I didn't even think was possible and these guys did the most amazing thing. My car had no equity nothing left to it and these guys traded in my car for a brand new 2016 Chevy Cruze which I absolutely fell in love with but unfortunately the payment was gonna break my bank and again these guys knew that I bit off more than I could chew and they helped me out of the deal.
