Would not reccommend the service department. My family has purchased multiple new vehicles from this dealership and only have had our cars serviced there. Unfortunately, I had recently brought my car in to be serviced/diagnosed and was dissatisfied to say the least. After waiting to hear back from someone I called the department only to find out they had closed for the evening without telling me I wouldn't be getting my car back and had previously told me they didn't have a loaner for me. I'm appalled with the behavior I have received from you service manager Jeremy. awful customer service! completely disrespectful! when I asked why it took 3 weeks to find the part. he asked with the nastiest attitude "do you want the appointment or not"?" seriously spend your money else where. they don't take anyone seriously and are disrespectful when you try to get what you deserve.
Fantastic people and took care of you like a family member. And not pushy with a sale.
My mother and I have purchased 2 cars from Eric Heinlein at Newberg Chevrolet and the process was so stress free and personable. The first vehicle I purchased was too small to fit my mothers wheelchair in and I spoke to Eric about it and he helped us get into a beautiful car with a nice e sized trunk and plenty of room. My experience with Newberg Chevrolet and Eric Heinlein has always been low pressure and very comfortable.
People don’t buy from this dealership They are liers don’t do Business with them they told me the bank wants you to buy this car or they won’t give you the loan So I got the car but they told me come back in 6 months and we lower the payments they couldn’t do it so I’m stuck with the payment $900 monthly I went and talk to the bank to refinance And they told me that they don’t Refinance loans But they did tell me that they don’t tell the dealership what kind of car you need to get So they lies just to get more money And they... read more
