5 Star : My Experience Being in an accident is horrible and such a hassle to go thru the process of getting your car fixed however your Irwin Laconia collision center was awesome! Customer service was top notch and the repair was great. I love my Toyota Rav 4 and I appreciate the great service during a difficult time. Give those girls at the desk a raise!! I also appreciate the mechanic dealing with a recall issue that I was unaware of while my car was there. Thank you Toyota : )
5 Star : My Experience Irwin had my car for quite a while performing many paint repairs covered under Hyundai extended warranties. But Desiree and Kiera from Customer Service (in the body shop) took great care of me by keeping me in the loop and being incredibly responsive whenever I had a question/ concern.
