He provided me confidence in the estimates made prior to and post disassembly and in his expectations for what our insurance company would cover. Ed kept us informed during every key phase of this repair and provided us a realistic estimate on how long the repair would take. We were completely satisfied with the repairs that were made and would not hesitate to use Newark ToyotaWorld for any future work.

What could have been better: 1. My dashboard and display panel was covered in dust. A quick wipe down would have sufficed. 2. The items in my trunk were on the backseat and floor. Putting them back in their original location in the trunk would have been sufficient. Everyone was courteous; the office was cleaner than most of the shops I have vis... read more
