Part is worn and weathered compared to old part. 4.5 Star : Customer Service Repair shop treated me well and vouched for new parts and more repairs…MMG made body shop use lkq parts that didn’t fit and were weathered. Very dissatisfied with MMG handling of claim.

5 Star : My Experience Being in an accident is horrible and such a hassle to go thru the process of getting your car fixed however your Irwin Laconia collision center was awesome! Customer service was top notch and the repair was great. I love my Toyota Rav 4 and I appreciate the great service during a difficult time. Give those girls at the desk a raise!!
