I originally had given this practice a 5 star review but I am since changing it. I have a small infant and recently just started going to see Dr. Walker, he’s great…. the staff is meh. The two younger woman at the front desk are amazing, and helpful, they could be a little more enthusiastic but I think management is the problem and that’s why I am changing my review. Today, I contacted their office and as I always do, I asked for the person's name when I made the initial contact. The receptionist was immediately hostile when I asked her name. This is unacceptable behavior as a parent calling to handle their children's affairs, and she was very reluctant to provide her name until I repeatedly asked for it. I would strongly recommend that ALEXIS learn phone etiquette when handling business affairs with Newark pediatrics clients as the manner in which she spoke to me in a condescending tone... read more
