Clara Maas had my son and I sitting in their ETD on a stretcher for hours, providing no care and exposing my child to people yelling and scream and security detaining drunk people trying to leave. It was the WORST experience in any ER I have had. And then they sent me two bills for emergency services they DID NOT even provide. They are terrible and basically charge insurance companies and people for services they DO NOT provide. This institution should be ashamed of themselves.
