RecommendedThe staff at the reception area are friendly and professional. BUT the staff in the clinical waiting area are unfriendly and don’t show compassion and caring attitude to the patients specially in the hallway. They just pass by and don’t even say hello or smile except for the man in the late evening . The security staff in the ER entrance was very kind and helpful. i stopped going to St.Barnabas ER years ago but since i was close by when my back went out i went , and it was the worst experience ever from the rude nurses , and even ruder PA i walked out hurting as much as i did when i came in when i told them it was hard for me to walk because of the pain i was told well you walked in didnt you no test, or X-rays just some pain pills that didnt even work .I will never go there again
Hello everyone, I want to share you my experience about onmouth medical center,,, When I was 8 months pregnant, i had charity care, i had no money and they refused to make x rays to check baby condition, they made me cry 8 months pregnant women, they were like inhumans, counting department of monmouth and its head was so cruel to me, they where too rough and refused careing about me, i was pregnant and crying standing there and asking them to check my baby, i will never forget it

This is a terrible medical center. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. Communication, procedure, and service was some of the worst I’ve seen EVER in a medical facility. It’s like they pooled all the worst medical staff into one place and did not hope it would work.
This is the worst hospital my wife has been in came in for abdominal pains and was in pains for five days and nothing was done but used her insurance also they was told she has a heart disease and a machine but her meds were not given for that Dr. Kelly did nothing except let me check ur chart and never gave anything plus the pain doctor gave something that did not work and my wife told him this and he didn't offer anything else now my wife has to suffer because no one fail to do their job this is horrible my wife came in th... read more
