$85 just to diagnose the problem. Tech was rude toward kids and pets that were in the home during diagnosis. After diagnosis, we paid almost $400 to order parts. 3 weeks later we have no parts and the tech will not respond to e-mails or phone calls.
They canceled my original appointment the night before. I was able to find a better company who could see us sooner and that did not charge us before the appt.
Quick respectful service...fixed my dryer and gave me advice on how to keep my dryer going on!
An hour worth of work, basically just took oven apart and "reset" the computer (hard to understand for he had broken English) and then put it back together. No replacement parts. Charged 300$. Asked why so much, he would ramble on incoherently about what he did and still don't know what I spent that money actually on. So 240 an hour for labor it seems, plus the 60$ for the middle man that contracted him the job (Newark Repair).
