I've been working with New You Health Clinic for a year and I feel great- like myself again. To begin Erin scheduled a comprehensive panel of blood work and carefully reviewed the findings with me while discussing my health goals. From there she set up a plan that was easy to follow (some suppliments and medication, protein intake goal). Monthly we reviewed progress and made adjustments or additions to the plan (like increasing the amount I walk each week). Love the atmosphere!! If you are looking for help with better eating habits, weight loss and possibly some aesthetics. She is the one to see in Key West!! They also offer virtual appointments. Which is great for when I travel. Down 40lbs total and feel so much better!
So happy with my results. I was hesitant to start medicine, but so glad I did. Everyone at the clinic is always happy to help as well. I recommend giving them a call or scheduling online. They were able to help me with so much more than weight loss. The Morpheus8 treatment helped my skin so much!
I've sruggled with weight loss most my life, this is the best place. They gave me a computer micro detail sheet with my body weight broke down in more places than I even knew I had.
