Beautiful clean hospital. Knowledgeable Vets at any time of day
I feel very fortunate that my vet (whom I love) referred me here when an ultrasound spotted a tumor on my 10 yr old German shepherds bladder. I am very grateful for Dr Carver and the entire staff. Her surgery went well and even though I still have to wait for the biopsy results, I am confident that my baby is getting the best treatment available. The staff and of course Dr Carver were very compassionate and professional when dealing with my baby and my family. God bless them all!
Absolutely great! Had to bring my 6 year old border collie mix in when he twisted his leg, the whole staff was friendly and extremely professional! They gave great advice for his health and took wonderful care of him. The waiting room was very clean and spacious. They have food and drink to buy and free coffee or tea! God forbid we have another emergency or need a specialist this is where we'll go.
I do not have enough AMAZING things to say about this place!!! This past Tuesday my almost 10 year old maltipoo was in major diatress from her congestive heart failure. Was gasping for air, coughing and having a hard time breathing. My vet directed me to bring her here. Everyone I dealt with was fabulous and understanding. My dog had to be admitted and stay 2 nights. They treated her so well and saved her life. She stayed in an oxygen box to get her breathing again. They called me and kept me informed of her condition. Dr. Carver and staff were extremely helpful in doing whatever we could to help our Krystal after being injured. A very caring ,well organized environment where the animals waiting to be seen don't seem to be stressed to be there like you see in other places. I will definitely be traveling an hour just to bring her back for treatments.. More than worth it...
Use extreme caution when bringing your pet here. Better off sticking with your primary vet then using one of their so called internist... he is very neglectful! The owners of this hospital should be more in top of their careless doctor on duty.
