I have only the best things to say about the doctors and staff here. The staff is kind and so gentle with my rescue dog. Dr. Carb and Dr. Lesser repaired a complicated break. He is still recovering from surgery but already walking on the repaired leg. I'm sure with his continued rehabilitation at NYVSEC he will be running on all 4 legs again.
If you want to be treated like you are the lowest form of scum... GO THERE. I arrived at the NYVSC as my missing dog had been transported there due to her health condition. I was greeted by a very rude front desk associate LINDA. Very short and didn’t seem to care to hear why I was there. She said “there are more important cases and when I get you, I get to you”. I brought my cat, Ninja in because he was very sick, and vomting. The entire staff was very kind to Ninja,and took excellent care of him. I brought him home the next day, and he was feeling a lot better! They were also very kind and understanding to his worried pet parent...me! ♥
I can not thank Dr. Lauren Shaver enough for taking such good care of my little man! Let me start off by saying my dog romeo is not very good with people he doesn’t know and they handled him beautifully. They were extremely busy being that it was the 4th of July and they still took the time to answer all my questions and concerns. Great physical therapist Michael, he has a lot of dedication & compassion. Michaels goal is to get every dog walking. Staff is wonderful, & caring. Friendly atmosphere.
