RecommendedI love NYU College of the Dentistry because the students are eager to cover all their bases and double check each other’s work. There is always a professor triple checking on top of that. I was really comfortable and even felt like they were more alert and ready to answer any questions I had. I appreciate this school and the service they provide to people who can’t afford alternatives.
RecommendedBecause the staff is EXCELLENT, the students are very prepared, I was at the dentist each 6 months and clean, made RX and anything else. The last time the Dr said you need 4 crowns and never removes cavities, in NYU dentist the Dr Hellen removed cavities and saved my teeth. Thanks NYU and Dr Hellen.
THE HOSTILITY I received when I REQUESTED they wash their hands BEFORE PUTTING ON THE gloves TO examine my MOUTH.

Getting through to them on the phone to correct their billing error is tantamount to trying to reach the White House to say hello to The Donald. Both phone numbers - to Billing Dept. and to the School itself- are forever busy lines. What the hell is going on?
