The staff at the registration desk on the 1st floor are extremely rude and unprofessional. Today I went there to schedule an appointment and the clerk was yelling that she doesn't want to be at work. Another one was on her personal cell phone. And nobody was attending the main desk. Only went there in-person because nobody answered the phone.
